On large framework agreements with many small projects, Petri & Haugsted has developed a case management system for electronic cooperation with our customers. Cases are received electronically in the same way as commercial reports and final documentation; invoicing can also be submitted electronically. During the project, status reports can be sent to customers by text message, email or phone.

The case management system supports all our processes concerning application for excavation permit, disposal of road space and cable information. A complete overview through the entire process provides our customers with considerable savings – in terms of administration and time and thus financially.
